Publication Charges 

International Journal of Contemporary Medical Research (IJCMR) aims to encourage research among all the professionals, students, researchers etc. 
The journal runs on a Not-for-Profit Model and funds collected are reinvested to improve journal services. Many people give journal their valuable time and services. Some of them work honorary or on  subsidized salary.  Also due to costs towards article processing, maintenance of article in secured data storage system, databases and other financial constraints, authors are required to pay a minimum fees. The Journal do not charge any article submission fees. International Journal of Contemporary Medical Research (IJCMR) also makes constant effort in collaborating with International  universities and obtaining citations from various international citation agencies. As International Journal of Contemporary Medical Research (IJCMR) does not get outside funding so authors are expected to pay a minimum amount of cost for the working of journal in an efficient manner.

Due to increase in the publication cost and maintenance charges of the journal we are forced to revise the publication fees for the IJCMR. All the articles submitted on and after first October 2017 will be charged with the revised fees.

Publication Charges

Indian Author: ₹ 3500/- 

Overseas Authors: $ 70 (transaction charges extra, wherever applicable).

Hardcopy Charges (For postage within India): ₹ 1000 (Hard bound & glossy finish with international standards).
We cannot guarantee the delivery of hardcopies of previous issues. It is subject to availability and the author/ seeker for the particular back issue may have to bear the additional cost of production.
  
Publication Certificate Charges (For postage within India): ₹ 200 per author, per article

​More than due care is taken while posting the hardcopy and the certificates to the author's given address. They are posted through the registered post through the postal department of Government of India. Article tracking ID can be provided to the author on his/her request to check the status and delivery of the material. If the author fails to receive the hardcopy/ certificate (due to any reason, whatsoever) or they gets damaged in the transit IJCMR office or the Society can not be held responsible for that.

Guidance for manuscript editing is also provided on request by the author.

All the above mentioned charges are for regular manuscripts having up to 3000 words with 30 references for original research/ review articles and 2000 words with 10 references for case reports/ commentaries/ letter to editor with 4 figures/ graphs/ tables.
Incase the manuscript exceeds the desired limit some extra charges may be levied on the author upon discretion of the editor.

Important : Under no circumstances what so ever will IJCMR accept to publish an article without merit and peer review.
​Waiver can be provided for the high quality research work upon request from authors of developing countries because we do not want the research to remain in cupboard just because of monetary issues. The fees waiver requests must be done at the time of submission of article. No fees waiver request will be entertained after review.
Article Publishing Charges are only made if an article clears the review process and is ready for acceptance (There are no submission fees).
Corresponding author will be suitably intimated about payment options. 
As IJCMR does not get funding from any funding agencies it solely runs on the small fees that is collected from the esteem authors. All the amount that is collected from the authors is reinvested on the Journal maintenance and growth. The publication fees will not be refunded if any author withdraws the article (for any reason) after review or acceptance as lot of resources and manpower are invested in processing the article and making it reach the final stage to be accepted by our distinguished reviewers.

Important notice - 

​All the authors are requested to kindly check the originality of their articles before submitting it to IJCMR. Incase any article is found to be Duplicate submission or submitted to other journals when the article is in process with IJCMR, fabricated data, cut and paste (Plagiarised), at any stage of processing of article, IJCMR is bound to take following actions :
  • Rejection of the article.
  • Non-refund of processing, publication or any other fee.
  • The author will be blacklisted for future communication with IJCMR if there is submission of duplicate articles.
  • Letter regarding this will be posted to the Principal/ Director of the Institution from where the study was conducted.
  • List of blacklisted authors will be shared among the Chief Editors of other prestigious Journals
We have been screening articles for plagiarism, however only rejecting if found plagiarized. This more stern action is being taken because of the unscrupulous behavior of handful of authors, who have been involved in ethical misconduct. The Screening and taking decision on such articles cost's huge time and resource of the journal. It directly delays the process of genuine articles.
